HBOT · The Villages, FL

Aviv Clinics + Koterra

July 2025 alliance: Tampa nonprofit Koterra sponsors a small number of veterans into the Aviv Medical Program at The Villages (UHMS-accredited multiplace HBOT plus cognitive, physical, and nutrition work; typically ~12 weeks, 2 hours in chamber on treatment days). Aviv’s protocol comes from the Sagol / Efrati Israeli veteran PTSD trials. HBOT for PTSD/TBI is still off-label in U.S. practice and not a VA first-line treatment. At announcement Koterra had funded about 10 veterans with more on a wait list — this is not a statewide free clinic. Cash price without a sponsor is high. The Yahoo item is a paid GlobeNewswire release.
