Peer, PATHH, and moral injury

What it is

Peer-led growth training (Warrior PATHH and kin), chaplaincy, Adaptive Disclosure, faith retreats, family/caregiver weeks. Moral injury is not the same diagnosis as PTSD.

Evidence

Strong demand and growing program evaluation. Not a substitute for PE/CPT/EMDR when those are indicated.

Access for veterans

Boulder Crest and peers, VA chaplaincy, Elizabeth Dole / caregiver programs, Mighty Oaks and similar.

Cautions

“Peer” is not a license. Ask what the week actually is.
